A Peaceful Pulse: One Year Later An Event for Remebering, Honoring, Healing & Celebrating Please come share your voice as we celebrate Pride, Equality and Gay marriage. Please come share your voice as we reflect on a year since the tragic events at the Pulse nightclub in Orlando, Florida. A lot can happen in a year. A lot HAS happened. Particularly in Texas, where we are currently facing aggressive anti-LGTBQ legislation. Proceeds from this event will benefit the The Equality Alliance which funds organizations such as Out Youth, Equality Texas, Kind Clinic, the LGBTQ Center, and LGBTQ Against Cancer (American Cancer Society). 4P: Doors open. Raffle tickets available. 5-7P: OPEN MIC FORUM featuring selected speakers, also open to whomever wishes to share/speak.
