Our speaker this month is Eleni Gesch-Kramanlidis with the City of Austin's Innovation Office on Permitting Initiative. She will explain how the Permitting Initiative is all about transforming the City’s current permitting process into a well-oiled machine that honors the needs of both citizens and city employees. She is looking for feedback on designing a successful in-person customer experience for both Development Services staff and permit customers at the City’s permitting offices and delivering a website that prepares customers for a successful in-person customer experience at the City’s permitting offices.
