Dev Bootcamp is a 19 week immersive coding school that turns beginners into career-ready full-stack web developers. Dev Bootcamp is committed to removing barriers that typically prevent marginalized communities from entering, and remaining in, careers in software development. Dev Bootcamp's goal is to create a pathway for people, regardless of technical, educational or personal background, to gain the coding skills they need to land well-paying jobs.
Dev Bootcamp's original curriculum series, Engineering Empathy, is designed to help Dev Bootcamp students address issues of gender, racial, and educational bias head-on. They have also joined forces with Lesbians Who Tech to provide scholarships for LGBTQ women to learn to code, the scholarships will be announced in August.
