Actress, model, DJ and TV Personality, Ruby Rose, will travel to Austin, TX to headline for Girls With Flair!’s all female SXSW musical showcase. The set will kick off the beginning of SXSW’s music week on March 18th at 7pm at Nook Ampitheater in Austin, TX.
The event’s title, “Jailhouse Jamboree,” is a tribute to Rose’s new role in the upcoming season of Netflix’s original seriesOrange is the New Black, and the event will be themed accordingly. Attendees will experience a night of live performances by of female bands and musicians as well as surprise special guest and celebrity appearances. Doors open at 7pm, bands and musicians will play until 10pm, and the event will end at 2am.
“We expect this to be the largest girls party at SXSW with about 2,000 people walking through the door throughout the night,” commented Girls With Flair!’s Owner & Executive Producer, Felicia Dawn Hershey. The showcase is currently the largest LGBTQ & FRIENDS event scheduled at the music festival, and SXSW event-goers from across the country will attend.
Early-bird tickets for the event are $15 general admission and $130 VIP, and can be purchased through girlswithflair.com for a limited time.
