More info:
Night Drive is not a band. It's a mission. 2 secret agents sent out to recalibrate the future of electro pop.
Night Drive is the type of music you would hear on a car stereo if Giorgio Moroder and Ray Bradbury were driving late at night through a buzzing metropolis. Inspired by bygone era of glamour and excess, kalioscopic neon lights, Studio 54 and Tony Wilson's Hacienda, the band pulls influence from acts such as Brian Eno, New Order, OMD, The Drums and LCD Soundsystem to name a few. Night Drive rides a nu-wave of fast-tempoed, synth-based electronic sounds driven by rich guitar melodies and arresting vocal hooks.
Rodney and Brandon began writing together after the tragic death of a young woman they both were dating, unknowingly at the same time. This collaboration left them with the collection of songs from which Night Drive was born.

Prom Date is a synthpop collective from New Orleans with a love for quirky dance grooves and glam-rock performances. The group has been touring the Southeast in support of their first full-length album Portraits - released in August.
Drawing influence from synthpop legends such as the Human League and New Order, Portraits dresses everyday issues in fabulous clothing.
The group originated as a friend-rock band with penchant for pop music. Experimentation with electronic instruments drew the group to danceable pop music. Prom Date was born from this synthesizer awakening. As The Rebel Agenda notes, "Louisiana's Prom Date have an 80s aura that exceeds pastiche. Theirs is an 80s electro-pop reverence."
