Great bar right on 4th
Two doors down from OCH you can bounce back and forth and have a great time The bartenders are great, the staff is friendly and the customers are welcoming and love interacting with different people of all ages and walks of life.

Why TABC has not closed down Rain is beyond me. From staff dealing drugs over the bar to bartenders too drunk to finish their shifts this place needs to have constant law supervision. I was appalled at the things I saw go I by on.

Defaintly the place to be in Austin. Reminds me of Baltimore but way cleaner and much more hip. Nice Atomosphere. Multiple rooms to get your drink on. Covered outdoor scense with cabonas for chilling. Loved it!
