SOS Presents: Butch Queen

If you cut a bitch, does she not bleed? If you contour her, does she not cast shade? If you gag us, do we not get life? If you learn your lip sync, will you not snatch the crown? Butch Queen returns and it's happening on a whole new level: on the outside stage of Mohawk Austin and presented by Sound on Sound Fest. This is going to be a drag queen blood bath like no other. Eight new queens are on the scene and the wigs are bigger and the nails are sharper. The competition includes men from Austin's entertainment and music scene performing drag for the first time. Each new queen is paired with a seasoned (or well marinated) drag queen to help him learn his lip sync, get into a look, and convince the judges that she is the real Butch Queen to reign supreme. A $1,000 prize and two passes to Sound On Sound Festival are awarded to the winning mother and daughter team. Hosted by everyone's favorite witch in a corset, Louisianna Purchase.
