ABOUT THE ARTIST -- Ethan Parker (he/they)
Ethan's artistic journey began in the winter of 2014 as a means of coping with mental illness and unpacking gender identity while exploring the world in a queer, Black, trans body. They've worked hand-in-hand with national and local nonprofit organizations to create visual noise loud enough to disrupt cyberspaces while drawing attention to relevant social movements impacting the intersections of Black lives within queer and trans communities. He's a geeky human who enjoys glitter, comic books and sushi, preferably at the same time.
