Free & Confidential HIV Testings From 4pm-9:30pm - Both Before & After The Memorial Service Located at 4th & Lavaca Streets - 3 Blocks North From Plaza. Look for the City's Mobile Testing Van. Testing Provided by The City of Austin's HIV Prevention Program. Free & Confidential PrEP Assessment Screening Appointments Located Next to the City's HIV Testing Van - Assessments Provided by Kind Clinic.
