Chef/Owner Jae Kim and his Chi’Lantro team will present a haute Korean menu to guests, which includes five courses, expertly paired with IMT wines.

Menu highlights include: Mussels with Gochujang Butter; Bo-ssam, a traditional Korean pork belly wrap; Budae-jjigae, a spicy and savory Korean-American fusion made from umami-rich broth, kimchi, American Spam, beans and sausage. Served in multiple formats, including family style and build-your-own, this eccentric, interactive dinner is not to be missed!
