World AIDS Day Service of Remembrance & Hope
The community is invited to gather for the 18th annual World AIDS Day service of remembrance and hope, which marks World AIDS observances for 2015.
The service is coordinated by The Care Communities and is a collaborative effort of Central Texas AIDS service organizations and community partners.
The mission of The Care Communities is to provide caring support for those affected by serious illness. Please spread the word and invite your family and friends. This event is FREE and open to the public.
