Texas HIV/AIDS Coalition Advocacy Day

Texas HIV/AIDS Coalition (THAC) Advocacy Day is a statewide effort to bring Texans affected by HIV/AIDS to the Capitol in Austin to visit with their elected officials about issues that face the HIV/AIDS community.
