It is such an honor for us to be able to showcase the amazing amount of good these deserving honorees have done for others in our community.
The Care Communities continues it’s now 23 year old mission to care for our neighbors in Central Texas who are battling HIV/AIDS or cancer with Volunteer Teams that assist with their quality of life. This year we’ve added our Cancer Connection program that helps individuals that have recently received a cancer diagnosis with peer support from a trained volunteer that is a cancer survivor or care giver of the same type of cancer.
