Mr. Lewis holds the David and Mary Winton Green Chair in String Performance and Pedagogy at The University of Texas at Austin and is the Class of 57 Visiting Professor of Music Education at the Yale School of Music for the 2010-2011 academic year.
A reception and cash bar will follow. All proceeds to benefit the Austin Gay and Lesbian Pride Foundation.

The Austin Gay and Lesbian Pride Foundation (AGLPF) is a 501c3 organization formed in 2009 for the purpose of educating, resourcing, and connecting the LGBT community in Austin, Texas. The AGLPF strives to do these things in ways which strengthen the LGBT community, serve to lessen discrimination against the LGBT community, and provide opportunities for the LGBT community to participate in and contribute to the greater Austin community. In addition to educational outreach and community strengthening events, the AGLPF leads in organizing and supporting Austin Pride each June.
