The bar is ok, but this past Sunday the Cinco the Mayo Drag show was horrible, to the owner....PLEASE don't slap your customer with this type of presentation. Thanks.

A comfortable C & W venue, with free lessons, good DJs, and a lively crowd. The crowd is really good-natured and mixed, with gay and lesbian couples, singles, and some straight couples. Everybody's into two-stepping, some into line-dancing. It can be clique-ish, but that's Austin!

RCC is the most authentic gay club in Austin. Aside from the large dance floor, this bar is a great reflection of Austin, Texas, and Gay culture. Few bars are capable of pulling off multiple genres, but RCC brings delight to country and hispanic members of the community, with some pop sprinkled in. You are guaranteed to enjoy yourself, even if it's just because you never really get an opportunity to see two men slow dance to "Stand by your man."

If RCC had better music on Fridays it would have more than five people. Its great on Thursdays but you have to go late. I do like the bartenders and the djs always welcome requests. (Bobby that is)

Wonderful bar with great people, very friendly and the staff is great........especially Pappy and Juan........
