Worth It

Yes, it's hot. But it's so much fun! They're are so many people! And I know people say the staff is rude, but I thought they were awesome! If anything they're just doing their job! I went with my girlfriend and some friends and had a great time! The strip off was hilarious! I'll definitely be going back!

PACKED

So I recently went back to Austin (3/25/11). Did the straight and gay scene. My friends told me i HAVE to come here. It's like the old Bonham (in san antonio) on fridays. I do have to throw the fact that this was the last club we entered. That being said, I was pretty drunk! I remembered that the line was'nt long, no cover, packed and $4 wells. I don't remember the music and being a multi level club??? Other then that i would definately go back but not so drunk :)

Clubby

Kiss & Fly is much more of a dance club than it is a gay bar. The night I went it was packed to the 3 story ceiling with a mostly gay crowd, dancing as much as they could in the limited space, many shirtless and many more happy to watch. The layout is a little confusing, but there are a lot of bars. The staff wasn't necessarily friendly, but the patrons certainly were. Definitely not a comfy neighborhood feel... more an impersonal dance space.

Dallas comes to Austin?

This bar seems to be an attempt at matching S4 in Dallas. Same sort of arrangement, lighting, etc. It is owned by straight people who also own most bars on 6th street. The staff is rude, the guests are stuck up, and the drinks are overpriced. Authentic Austin? Not at all. I'll stick to the established, friendly, legitimate gay bars.
